Delivery
We are able to deliver to all UK and International destinations but due to the varying sizes and weights of our products, ‘non-standard delivery destinations’ are priced on submission. These include the Channel Islands and Overseas destinations.
We also now offer a 'buy and collect' facility for customers wishing to visit our store at thier convenience to collect their order. This is especially useful if you wish to secure a specific product or, if you wish to avoid the delivery charge or, you wish to visit the store to view and make additional purchases. YOU MUST BRING YOUR PRINTED CONFIRMATION AND UNIQUE ORDER NUMBER WITH YOU.
Delivery Charges
Our delivery charge ranges from £1.99 to £24.99, depending on the size, weight, value and fragility of your order. You will only pay the highest delivery charge quoted with your order, so if you have 5 items all @ £4.95 delivery, then you pay £4.95. If you have 4 items @ £4.95 and one @ £9.99, then you pay £9.99 etc.
The £1.99 charge is a ‘small order charge’ and relates to orders of ONLY ONE ITEM with a £1.99 delivery charge.
It is not our intention to profit from delivery but we do need to ensure that the correct method and packaging is used so that you receive your goods undamaged. Especially those unique pieces that cannot be replaced!
If your order is for delivery outside of the United Kingdom or to the Channel Islands, then a delivery charge will be confirmed upon receipt of your order. Only once you are satisfied with this will your order/payment be processed.
Delivery Methods
Orders are generally despatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide but we occasionally use an alternative courier company, all of which require a signature so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your Products.
Delivery Timeframe
90% of deliveries are made next day, for orders received before 12 noon. However, occasionally we are not able to meet this standard but do aim to deliver products within 3 Working days throughout the UK. Orders to other destinations can take anything from 5 days, depending on your chosen method of transport and budget!
If delivery is in the UK and your order is urgent, please specify this at the time of ordering and we will do everything we can to process it immediately.
If items are due in stock within 21 days, then you will have the option to purchase for delivery within 21 days. This will be specified in the product description and is a new service we offer so that our customers can avoid disappointment by paying for/reserving in advance.

Please notify us of damaged, incorrect or unwanted deliveries by telephone, email or in writing within 24 hours of receipt wherever possible. Please return it unused and in its original condition, with the despatch note within 7 working days after the day of delivery to the address at the bottom of this page.
